Shipping & Returns

Shipping  

We offer a choice of shipping for all domestic customers through Australia Post Regular and Express post (where applicable).  Orders are sent from Alice Springs N.T. 0870 and postage is calculated from here. Where we can orders will be sent in post packs at bag rate. We will deliver to the address specified at the time of placing your order.  

Please be aware that for orders over $100, registered post shipments are the only shipping options available (i.e. Regular Parcel Post and Express Post satchels are the only shipping options that will be available). Registered post also requires a signature to confirm delivery.

Pick ups must be arranged by me for locals. If needed I can deliver free of charge but time must be booked for both options.

International orders must be quote and costs will be advised.  We currently cannot process international orders through our online store.  If you wish to place an international order, please email us at sales@electronicwizard.com.au detailing the products and quantities as well as your full delivery address.  We will then send you a quote that you can accept or reject.  All international orders must be paid through Pay Pal (Pay Pal accepts credit card payments).

Returns 

It is our goal is to try to make our customers happy and to that end we will do everything within reason to achieve this.  However, at the end of the day, the following return policies will apply:

Unless otherwise specified, all items sold through Electronic Wizard are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the purchase.  This guarantee is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods at our discretion.

 

Any product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble; repair or modification will not be covered.

 

Refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Electronic Wizard. Shipping & return shipping fees are usually non-refundable for all products.

 

Shipping damages: All packages are inspected before shipping to ensure they are in good condition. If you receive a damaged package, please inform Electronic Wizard immediately (sales@electonicwizard.com.au ). All claims must be made within three (3) days of delivery. Keep all boxes and packaging until further advised.

 

If you have received an item and you think it is defective, please contact us first before returning. We will not process any claims without prior authorization. We do know that it's possible for problems to occur and want to exhaust all possibilities before we, or our customers, incur any unnecessary expenses.

 

We cannot guarantee against incompatibility, as it is impossible to know every system configuration in use, but we will endeavor to help make sure you are not stuck with something you cannot use.
